I have a young child that I would like to bring to a concert, does he or she need a ticket?

All patrons at the Casino Ballroom need a ticket, however we do strongly discourage bringing any young children to the Casino Ballroom unless the event is of an all ages nature.

What is the age limit at the Casino Ballroom? |
All shows at the Casino Ballroom are ages 18+ unless specified on the event that you are attending. Parents or legal guardians may bring children under the age of 18 but they must remain with them at all times.

I won tickets from a radio station, but I can't go to the show. Can I put my friend's name on the list instead?
That is solely up to the radio station, no the Casino Ballroom. Once we have a list from the station we do not make any changes to that list. You need to contact the station to see if they allow changes.

Why does my ticket have Seat and Location information printed on it when the show is a "General Admission" show?
Just ignore it. These numbers help prevent counterfeiting and duplication and keep track of ticket inventory.

How does "Will Call" ticketing work? |
When you purchase tickets within two weeks of the show date your tickets will be held at the "Will Call" window instead of being mailed to you. The "Will Call" window is located on the Beach side of the venue. Simply present positive identification and the credit card used for payment and the tickets will be handed to you.

Is your venue wheelchair accessible? |
Yes. Our staff will escort you to the elevator and facilitate your entrance into the venue.

What are the Casino Ballroom box office hours? |
The Casino Ballroom box office is open from 10am to 5pm Monday through Friday during the season. During the summer the box office is open on Saturday and Sunday. The box office has extended hours on show days. The box office is closed during the off season from December to February.

Can I choose my seats when I order my tickets? |
Because the Casino Ballroom is selling many tickets at the same time from different locations you cannot choose what seats you will get for the show unless you come to the box office in person. Ticket orders over the phone or on line will pull the next best available seats in the level that you choose.

What are gold, reserved and GA seats? |
For our seated shows we have three tiers of seating. Gold seats include the tables located right up in front of the stage. Gold seats account for about 1/4 of the total seats available for a seated show. Reserved seats are the next section of seats after gold. The reserved section is a horseshoe shape seating section that goes around the gold section. Reserved seats also account for about 1/4 of the total seats available for a seated show. GA or General Admission seats account for about 1/2 of the total available seats in the room. They are fantastic seats, but they are not reserved and they are on a first come first serve basis. We recommend arriving early to get the best General Admission seats.
