We are currently looking for dedicated, pro-active, hard-working individuals to fill the following seasonal positions:
Be a part of the show from start to finish. Responsible for loading in equipment, setting up the stage in preparation for the show and breaking down equipment afterwards. Must be highly motivated and energetic. Great starter position for people who are interested in learning all aspects of the concert and entertainment business. Dependent upon the type of show, production shifts can last anytime between 10am - 2am.
Responsible for the setup, maintenance, breakdown, customer service and production of all beverages. Must be able to work in a fast paced and hectic environment. Must be personable, trustworthy and enjoy working with the public. Bartender positions are a highly competitive since most positions are filled from within. Those applying to this position with less than three years of experience are encouraged to apply as a bar back. Shifts typically begin at either 4 or 5:30pm dependent upon the position. All Bar Staff members are required to participate in the TEAM training program provided by the State of New Hampshire Liquor Commission.
Responsible for the food and beverage service to all patrons throughout the evening of an event. Must be extremely organized, posses a good sense of humor, and must be tolerant of others in a hectic environment. You will also need the ability to learn the Micros Point of Sale system. Wait Staff shifts begin at 5:30pm. All Wait Staff members are required to participate in the TEAM training program provided by the State of New Hampshire Liquor Commission.
Responsible for the selling of tickets at the Casino Ballroom's box office via the telephone or at the ticket window. Also responsible for performing basic customer service and office oriented tasks. Must be highly responsible, trustworthy and possess a neat appearance. Must be able to learn the Ticketmaster ticket selling system and charge card system.
The Event Staff is responsible for assuring that all of our guests have the best possible experience. Responsibilities include greeting, IDing, scanning tickets and escorting our guests to their seats. It is the responsibility of the Event Staff to ensure the safety and security of all guests, artists, and all other staffs throughout an event. Event Staff shifts typically begin at 5:30pm. Those seeking to work the majority of the events must participate in the TEAM training program provided by the State of New Hampshire Liquor Commission and or required security training.
Responsible for the preparation and service of all food to the wait staff and the general public. Shifts typically begin at either 4 or 5:30pm. Must be highly responsible, trustworthy and possess a neat appearance. Must be able to work in a fast paced, hectic environment.
We are currently accepting applicants to participate in our internship program. Heading into its second year, the internship program offers a truly unique learning experience that includes all aspects of our operation. Candidates must earn college credit in order to participate and must be fully available to work during the months of July and August. The applicant is expected to submit an essay that will be used in the selection process. The criteria for this essay will be provided after the online application has been received.
Responsible for maintaining a safe and clean environment for our staff and guests to share alike. These shifts are flexible but will typically begin at 7pm and last until 1am during show nights.
