We are currently looking for dedicated, pro-active, hard-working individuals to fill the following seasonal positions:
Be a part of the show from start to finish. Responsible for loading in equipment, setting up the stage in preparation for the show, and breaking down equipment afterwards. Must be highly motivated and energetic. Great starter position for people who are interested in learning all aspects of the concert and entertainment business. Knowledge of basic stage technology is a plus, but not a requirement. Production shifts can last anytime from 10am - 2am, depending on the needs of the artists.
Assist the venue’s hospitality manager with creating a hospitable environment for our visiting artists, and/or work with tour managers to run errands relating to the show. Must possess a positive attitude, and be very detail-oriented. Great starter position for people who are interested in learning all aspects of the concert and entertainment business. Applicants will preferably be 21 years of age or older and must have a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and a reliable vehicle. Hospitality/runner shifts can last anytime from 10am - 2am, depending on the needs of the artists.
Responsible for customer service, the production of all beverages, and the monitoring of alcohol consumption, as well as the setup, maintenance, and breakdown of bar spaces. Must be able to work in a fast paced and hectic environment. Must be personable and trustworthy. Bartender positions are highly competitive since most positions are filled from within. Those applying to this position with less than three years of experience will be required to complete our extensive on-the-job training circuit before being allowed to bartend. Shifts typically begin at either 4 or 5:30pm depending on the position. Experience using a point of sales system is a plus, but not a requirement. All Bar Staff members are required to participate in the TEAM training program provided by the State of New Hampshire Liquor Commission.
Responsible for food and beverage service to all patrons throughout the evening of an event, as well as monitoring the alcohol consumption of patrons. Must be extremely organized, possess a good sense of humor, and have a positive attitude. Must be comfortable working in a hectic environment. Experience using a point of sales system is a plus, but not a requirement. Wait Staff shifts begin at 5:30pm. All Wait Staff members are required to participate in the TEAM training program provided by the State of New Hampshire Liquor Commission.
Responsible for selling tickets at the Casino Ballroom's box office via the telephone or at the ticket window. Also responsible for performing basic customer service and office oriented tasks. Must be highly responsible and trustworthy. Must be able to learn the Ticketmaster ticket selling system and charge card system.
The Event Staff is responsible for ensuring that all of our guests have the best possible experience. Responsibilities include greeting, ID-ing, scanning tickets, and escorting our guests to their seats, as well as some light cleaning. It is the responsibility of the Event Staff to ensure the safety and security of all guests, artists, and all other staffs throughout an event. Event Staff shifts typically begin at 5:30pm. Those seeking to work the majority of the events must participate in the TEAM training program provided by the State of New Hampshire Liquor Commission.
Responsible for the preparation and service of all food to the wait staff and the general public. Shifts typically begin at either 4 or 5:30pm. Must be highly responsible and trustworthy. Must be able to work in a fast paced, hectic environment.
We are currently accepting applicants to participate to our internship program. The internship program offers a truly unique learning experience that includes all aspects of our operation. Candidates must earn college credit in order to participate and must be fully available to work during the months of July and August. Applicants may be required to submit an essay that will be used in the selection process. The criteria for this essay will be provided after the online application has been received.
Responsible for maintaining a safe and clean environment for our staff and guests. These shifts are flexible, but will typically begin at 6pm and last until 1am during show nights.
