Box Office

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused seasonal box office attendant for the show season. This part-time position requires availability on days, nights, and weekends, and is ideal for someone who enjoys working with the public and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include providing friendly service at the box office window, selling tickets, processing payments, assisting with will-call, and answering general ticketing and accessibility questions. Accuracy, professionalism, and the ability to stay organized under pressure are essential. Prior customer service or box office experience is helpful but not required, and familiarity with ticketing systems is a plus.

Bar Staff/Barbacks

We’re looking for energetic, reliable bartenders and barbacks to join our team. This is a fast-paced, high-volume environment where excellent service and a love for live music go hand-in-hand.

Bartenders should have prior experience in a bar or live event setting, with strong drink knowledge, speed, and great customer service skills. You’ll be responsible for serving guests, handling cash, maintaining a clean bar, and helping keep the vibe fun and professional throughout the night.

Barbacks will support the bar team by restocking, cleaning, running ice and supplies, and assisting wherever needed to keep operations smooth. It’s a physical role that requires hustle, awareness, and a team-first attitude. Experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person.

Applicants must be 18 or older, dependable, able to work nights and weekends, and comfortable in a loud, energetic environment.

Hospitality

We are looking for reliable and personable individuals to join our Hospitality Team. This is a part-time, event-based position—perfect for people who thrive in fast-paced, high-energy environments and love live music.

As part of our hospitality crew, you’ll be responsible for making sure artists, touring crews, and backstage guests feel welcomed and taken care of. Duties include setting up and maintaining green rooms, preparing and stocking dressing rooms and catering areas, coordinating with production on artist needs, and ensuring a clean, organized backstage environment throughout the show day. You’ll be a key part of the live experience, providing friendly, professional service to our guests behind the scenes.

We’re looking for someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, and upbeat. Previous hospitality, venue, or food service experience is a plus, but not required—we’ll train the right person. You must have a valid drivers license, be able to lift up to 40 pounds, and stay on your feet during long shifts.  Come be a part of a team that’s passionate about putting on unforgettable nights.

Wait Staff

We are currently hiring Wait Staff to join our front-of-house team. This is a part-time, event-based position, ideal for those who enjoy live music and thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.

As part of our wait staff, you'll be responsible for taking drink and food orders, delivering items to tables or sections, handling payments, and ensuring a great experience for every guest. Excellent customer service is key, along with the ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and work efficiently during busy shows.

We’re looking for individuals with a friendly attitude, good communication skills, and a strong work ethic. Previous experience in food or beverage service is preferred, but not required—we’re willing to train the right person. Must be 18, with evening and weekend availability. Knowledge of basic POS systems is a plus.

Event Staff

We are hiring Event Staff to join our front-of-house team. This is a part-time, event-based position with flexible scheduling, mostly evenings and weekends.

As Event Staff, you’ll help create a safe, fun, and welcoming environment for guests during concerts and special events. Responsibilities include ticket scanning, crowd management, line control, checking IDs, answering guest questions, assisting with seating or general admission areas, and working closely with security and venue management to ensure a smooth experience for both the audience and artists.

We're looking for dependable, friendly individuals who enjoy working with the public and staying calm under pressure. You must be punctual, professional, and comfortable standing or walking for long periods. Prior customer service, event, or venue experience is helpful but not required—we’ll provide training.

Production Crew

We are hiring stagehands and production crew members to support events at our historic music venue. This is a part-time opportunity with hours primarily during evenings and weekends, depending on our event schedule. We offer a competitive hourly rate based on experience.

As part of our crew, you'll assist with loading and unloading gear, setting up and breaking down stage equipment, and helping to operate lighting. You'll work closely with touring crews and performers to ensure that everything runs smoothly and efficiently. It's important to maintain a safe, clean, and organized stage and backstage area, and to be ready to respond quickly to any production needs that arise during live shows.

We’re looking for reliable team players who can lift over 50 pounds or more, work on their feet for extended periods, and handle the fast-paced, high-energy environment of a live music venue. Previous stagehand or AV experience is a plus, but we're willing to train motivated individuals. Strong communication skills, dependable transportation, and flexible availability are essential.

Runner

We are hiring a Runner to join our team at the historic Hampton Beach Casino Ballroom. This is a part-time or event-based position, with flexible hours primarily in the evenings and on weekends.

As a Runner, you’ll play a vital backstage role during concerts and events. Your responsibilities will include transporting items like meals, gear, drinks, and supplies between the venue, hotels, and local stores. You’ll assist our production and hospitality staff with day-of-show needs, help keep the backstage area stocked and organized, and be available for last-minute runs or errands. Occasionally, you may be asked to drive artists, crew members, or staff, so professionalism and discretion are important.

We’re looking for someone who is twenty one years of age, has a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and access to a reliable vehicle You should be able to lift 30 to 50 pounds, be comfortable on your feet for long periods, and handle a fast-paced, live event environment. Prior experience working in venues or with events is helpful but not required.
